- * Public content: comments, reviews, thanks, and other messages you post on campaign pages. Remember that this information becomes public.
- * Sensitive information: you may provide information related to health status, political or religious views. By posting such information, you consent to its processing for the purpose of your fundraising campaign.
- * Communications with us: information you provide when contacting our support service, participating in surveys, or communicating with us via chats.
- B. Information we collect from other parties:
- * Social networks: if you register or log in via social networks (e.g., Facebook, Google, X), we may access your name, profile photo, and other information according to your privacy settings in those services.

- * To Organizers and Beneficiaries: if you make a donation, we may disclose your name and donation amount to the Organizer and/or Beneficiary. Even if you choose the 'anonymous' donation option, this information will be available to them but will not be displayed publicly.
- * To service providers: we engage third parties for payment processing, data hosting, marketing, analytics, and security. We provide them access to your information only to the extent necessary to perform their functions.
- * As required by law: we may disclose your information at the request of a court, law enforcement, or other government authorities if necessary to comply with the law or protect our rights.
- * Business transfers: in the event of a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business, your information may be transferred to the new owner as part of the assets.
